Where we ship

We ship worldwide, and every order is tracked.

• United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe: free tracked shipping, or priority processing and premium shipping for $4.99.
• Everywhere else: a flat $3.99, tracked.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1 to 5 business days. In the US, delivery then takes about 7 to 10 business days. Outside the US it can take longer. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on the way, and the tracking link always shows the latest estimate.

Taxes and import fees

Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import taxes or duties by your country when they arrive. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the customer.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@shopfizzyfriends.com and we will fix it if your order has not shipped yet.
