Independent shop

Fizzy Friends is an independent shop, not affiliated with Red Bull GmbH. Brand names on our plushies belong to their owners.

Products and prices

We do our best to show our plushies accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes are approximate. Prices are set in US dollars, may be shown in your local currency, and can change at any time. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is listed at the wrong price, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We ship worldwide; see our Shipping Policy.

Discount codes

Codes cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and can be ended at any time. WELCOME10 works once per customer.

Returns

All sales are final, except items that arrive damaged or wrong, which we replace. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fizzy Friends is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our products or this website.
